Program Coordinator

Position: Program Coordinator Student Success
Experience: 0–3 Years
Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with students and understand their queries and requirements.
• Assist students with program onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing support.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure student engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student concerns.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
• Support student retention and ensure a smooth learning experience.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in customer support, student success, telesales, or coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
