Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive Community Development Executive to manage daily operations, coordinate online and offline events, and foster strong relationships within our senior community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of weekly community sessions.
• Coordinate effectively with instructors, hosts, and community partners.
• Provide dedicated support to senior members, ensuring seamless session access and building positive rapport.
• Collect and utilize member feedback to enhance community programs.
• Drive digital engagement by creating content and highlighting community activities on Instagram and YouTube.
