Program And Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects/programs from initiation through successful delivery.
• Establish project communication plans, facilitate meetings, and provide accurate and timely status reporting.
• Keep project sponsors, owners, and executive stakeholders informed of progress, risks, issues, actions, decisions, and budget status.
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Partner with Product/Project Owners to define, document, and maintain project scope.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, ROI analysis, and value realization in collaboration with Finance.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Drive cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Create and maintain project artifacts, including project charters, SOWs, quality plans, communication plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning based on project priorities and requirements.
• Support executive leadership in communicating strategy and prioritizing enterprise initiatives.
• Prepare clear and impactful executive-level presentations highlighting progress, risks, decisions, and business outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Build consensus and influence stakeholders effectively, including in matrixed environments and without formal authority.
• Identify and remove roadblocks and escalate critical issues appropriately.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure project deliverables and documentation meet required standards.
• Represent the voice of the customer and maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and patient safety.
• Remain adaptable and solution-oriented while managing high-pressure situations and conflicting priorities.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively based on team expertise, workload, and capacity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in US Healthcare.
• Strong experience in Project Management / Program Management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and financial management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with risk, issue, dependency, action, and decision management.
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in ambiguous, complex, and matrixed environments.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and team-management capabilities.
