Program Advisor

Job Overview
We are hiring Program Advisors with experience in EdTech sales to counsel prospective learners and drive enrollments for certification courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls and virtual channels.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable certification programs.
• Explain course details, benefits, eligibility, and other relevant information.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into enrollments.
• Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech.
• Experience in education/course sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, counseling, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Candidates should be comfortable with both walk-in and virtual interactions.

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary: Up to 9 lpa+ incentives, based on interview/performance.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Sunday: Fixed off.
• Location: Mumbai & Noida.
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM.
• Interview Mode: Walk-in / Virtual.
• Payroll: LBO Staffing.
