About the Role

We're looking for a driven Program Advisor to guide prospective US learners through Interview Kickstart's programs from first conversation to enrollment.

What You'll Do

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to successful enrollment.
• Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations.
• Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable Interview Kickstart program.
• Answer customer questions related to programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships through timely and effective follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.
• Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively.
• Available for US-aligned hours, including early Monday shift
