Role & responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand candidates' career goals, educational background and learning requirements.
• Provide detailed information about relevant certification courses.
• Explain course features, benefits, curriculum, eligibility, fees and career outcomes.
• Handle learner queries and objections effectively.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads into successful course enrolments.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Ensure a smooth counselling and admission experience for prospective learners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful enrolment and onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech is mandatory.
• Experience in inside sales, counselling or education sales will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from office as per the applicable location schedule.
