Job Summary
Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology invites applications from experienced and accomplished academicians for the position of Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and academic mentoring to UG/PG students.
• Develop and update course content, curriculum, and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Guide UG, PG, and Ph.D. research scholars.
• Publish high-quality research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
• Develop funded research proposals and establish industry/research collaborations.
• Mentor faculty members and contribute to academic and institutional development.
• Participate in departmental, accreditation, examination, and other institutional activities.
• Promote innovation, consultancy, patents, funded projects, and research activities.

Academic & Research Experience

• Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant academic experience, including experience at Professor/Associate Professor level as per applicable regulatory norms.
• Strong research profile with publications in reputed SCI/SCIE/Scopus-indexed journals and/or conferences.
• Experience in guiding PG/Ph.D. research scholars is preferred.
• Proven record of funded research projects, patents, consultancy, or industry collaboration will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong academic leadership and research credentials will be preferred.

Position: Dean Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Job Summary
Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology invites applications from senior academicians with strong academic, research, and administrative experience for the position of Dean CSE.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the CSE Department/School.
• Develop and implement academic strategies, curriculum, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
• Promote research, innovation, consultancy, patents, and funded research projects.
• Establish collaborations with industries, universities, and research organizations.
• Guide faculty in publications, research proposals, Ph.D. supervision, and academic development.
• Coordinate accreditation, ranking, academic audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen industry-oriented education, internships, placements, and skill development.
• Monitor teaching-learning processes and ensure continuous academic improvement.
• Represent the department/institution in academic, industry, and professional forums.

Academic & Research Experience

• Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• 15+ years of academic experience with substantial experience in senior academic/administrative positions.
• Strong research and publication record in reputed SCI/SCIE/Scopus-indexed journals and conferences.
• Significant experience in guiding Ph.D. and PG research scholars.
• Demonstrated experience in funded research projects, consultancy, patents, industry collaboration, or academic partnerships.
• Proven leadership experience in curriculum development, accreditation, academic administration, and faculty development.
• Candidates with strong institutional leadership, academic, and research credentials will be preferred.
