How you'll make an impact

• Execute test cases for software applications, systems, and platforms to validate functionality and performance.
• Assist in designing and maintaining test scenarios based on defined engineering specifications and business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to support resolution and retesting.
• Analyze test results and report on quality metrics, risks, and issues during testing cycles.
• Maintain accurate testing documentation, including test scripts, results, and reports to support audit and compliance needs.
• Support test planning, scheduling, and execution activities to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure alignment on requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance testing processes and tools.
• Assist in validating system changes, updates, and enhancements across the application lifecycle.

Required

• 4 -7 years of experience in IT, software testing, or a related technical field.
• Foundational understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Ability to analyze data and test results to identify issues and root causes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under close supervision and contribute to team objectives in a structured environment.

Preferred

• Exposure to automated testing tools or scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments.
• Understanding of application systems, databases, or web/mobile technologies.
• Experience working with test management or defect tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory or quality standards in healthcare or MedTech environments.
• Ability to support multiple projects and manage priorities.
