We are looking for a talented and motivated Professional Services Engineer to join our dynamic, customer-facing team focused on delivering and implementing custom development and feature enhancements for NICE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions.

This role provides strong exposure to critical financial compliance domains such as AML, Payment Fraud, and Trading Compliance , working with leading financial institutions.

You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing Actimize solutions , collaborating closely with customers to understand business requirements and delivering innovative, scalable solutions.

How will you make an impact?

Work closely with customers to understand business and compliance requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Design, develop, configure, and customize Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions

Evaluate technical feasibility and propose efficient solution designs

Enhance and configure existing systems using Actimize, SQL, and related technologies

Perform testing, validation, and approval of developed configurations and customizations

Collaborate with SE Leads and team members for solution design and delivery

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical issues

Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Document solutions with clear technical documentation, diagrams, and code comments

Use engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers

Ensure timely delivery with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and prioritization

Have you got what it takes?

Experience

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in software development / implementation

Technical Skills

Hands on experience on Actimize implementations.

Hands on experience in large data handling, SQL.

Excellent debugging skills.

Quick learner, good verbal, and written communication skills

Developing in complex Database environments (Oracle or MsSql or PostgreSQL) .

Problem solving skills, analytical mind with high ability for self-learning are essential

Exposure to application servers, web servers, JavaScript

Exposure to Unix and basic commands.

Understanding of GitHub, deployment using Jenkin pipelines

Analyzes information and deduces conclusions within the wider professional space

Starts to be seen as a professional by his team and peer community

Responsible for developing/configuring feature(s), functionality for an enterprise grade software under guidance

Actively seeks information, and shares knowledge with others

Familiar with coding concepts for ensuring high scalability, multi-user, secured coding

Exposure of containers, GIT

Core Competencies

Education

B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
