We're Hiring | Sales Representative – Logistics & Aviation

Axios Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Representative with 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, air cargo or aviation.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just wait for leads — we want someone who knows how to create opportunities and bring revenue into the business.

What you'll do

• Generate new business and develop new clients

• Build relationships with shippers, exporters, importers, freight forwarders and agents

• Identify sales opportunities across air freight, charter and logistics

• Handle leads, RFQs, quotations and follow-ups

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline

• Work with the operations team to convert opportunities into successful shipments

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercially driven and target-oriented

• Curious, proactive and willing to continuously learn

• Someone who thinks independently about How can I bring more business and revenue
