Candidates must be based in Bengaluru to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex roles.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 4+ years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles.
• Basic understanding of IT profiles and technologies.
• Experience using LinkedIn and ATS tools.
• Experience in technical talent sourcing or Boolean searches.
