• Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables.
• Review project requirements and ensure compliance with applicable technical specifications.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays, and support mitigation activities.

• Prepare the base line schedule and High-level programe.
• Can track the schedule, budget and overall performance of project.
