1-3 years of experience in travel operations or product Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable across Excel, email and supplier portals Calm under pressure. Things move fast on the ground Design and cost itineraries across trade fairs, luxury holidays and corporate tours Manage supplier relationships (hotels, DMCs, airlines) and negotiate rates Coordinate day-to-day operations during live delegations and tours Maintain product documentation and the internal tour knowledge base
