Production Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment.
• Assist in assembly and manufacturing activities.
• Follow production and quality standards.
• Inspect products and identify defects.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S.
• Achieve daily production targets.
• Report machine or quality issues to supervisors.
• Work efficiently in rotational shifts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / ITI candidates.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Age up to 28 years.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic technical and machine-handling knowledge.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Good discipline, punctuality, and attendance.
• Willing to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
