Production Trainee For a Healthcare and Herbal Cosmetic Company

Job Description for Trainee:

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Observing and learning from superiors
• Observe pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare equipment and materials required for production
• Understand the production equipment, such as vessels and filtration systems, and monitor production processes to ensure that they operate effectively and efficiently
• Ensure proper documentation of all processes, including batch records, logbooks, updating records and other documentation required
• Conduct in-process quality control checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance on production equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve production processes and product quality
• Help in preparation of production documents like SOPs, PV.APQR ,MFR etc.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work overtime if required.
• Excellent time management skills.
