Production Trainee/ Diploma trainee/ Production opertaor

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine & Line Operation: Assist in setting up, running, and monitoring production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Process & Quality Control: Perform routine in-process quality inspections, monitor operational parameters on control panels, and log accurate production data.
• Basic Maintenance & Troubleshooting :Perform daily machine cleaning, lubrication, basic mechanical adjustments, and assist technical teams during preventative maintenance or downtime.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials onto production lines, manage fi nished product unloading, and minimize operational material waste.
• Safety & Workplace Standards (EHS & 5S): Follow all environment, health, and safety guidelines, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.
• Teamwork: Coordinate effectively with shift supervisors, maintenance engineers, and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
