About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Production Technician to support the assembly, testing, packaging, and installation of hardware products. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in electronics assembly, SMD soldering, and the use of electrical and fabrication tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, package, and dispatch hardware products as per standard operating procedures.
• Perform panel and enclosure cutting, fitting, and fabrication for custom projects.
• Assist hardware engineers with soldering, assembly, and product testing.
• Maintain accurate testing records for all products.
• Install hardware products at industrial sites.
• Operate and monitor tools used in production and testing.
• Coordinate with production, planning, purchasing, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans and delivery targets.
• Follow standard processes and maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of SMD soldering, multimeters, drilling tools, cutting tools, and fabrication tools.
• Understanding of electrical and panel diagrams.
• Knowledge of MCBs, resistors, diodes, switches, and ABS/plastic/aluminium enclosures.
• Experience in electrical product assembly, testing, and installation.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle production activities efficiently and work collaboratively within a team.
