Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Production Technicians – Mixing with hands-on experience in tyre manufacturing. Candidates should have practical experience operating Banbury/internal mixing machines and a strong understanding of mixing processes, machine parameters, quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Banbury/internal mixing machines in tyre manufacturing.
• Follow approved mixing recipes, batch sequences and production parameters.
• Monitor mixing time, temperature, pressure, rotor speed and other critical parameters.
• Ensure correct weighing, charging and discharge of raw materials.
• Maintain consistency and quality of rubber compounds.
• Perform routine machine and process checks.
• Identify abnormalities and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain production and machine records.
• Follow SOPs, safety, PPE, 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Candidates with hands-on experience on the following machines will be

• Banbury GK320 – HF / Kobelco
• Banbury F305 – HF / Kobelco
• Tangential / Internal Mixer
