Production Support Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to resolve issues related to production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation for production support processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical applications, providing 24/7 coverage as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in application support or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC life cycle (Software Development Life Cycle) principles.
• Experience working with various technologies such as databases, middleware platforms, and programming languages.
