Production Support Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to Java applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as debugging software and logging techniques.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in application support or product support role.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring).
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL) is required; NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is an asset.
