Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Engineer (Python SRE) to support and maintain business-critical applications and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python scripting, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Incident Management, Monitoring, Automation, and Production Support.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and operational excellence of production systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications and platforms.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using observability tools.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Manage alerts, incidents, problem tickets, and service requests.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support application deployments, releases, and maintenance activities.
• Create operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support activities.
