Core Banking& infrastructure management/ Production Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities Strong expertise in

Core Banking ,

infrastructure management . This role requires a blend of technical depth, project leadership, and stakeholder management to drive end-to-end implementations, migrations, and L3 support operations for leading. And capable with strong skills in

Windows/Linux administration, Cluster Management (Veritas/Windows), SQL maintenance, Load Balancers, WAF/Firewall coordination, DR setup & ITIL processes, Audit Documentation & Compliance and Performance Troubleshooting Role Highlights

• Lead end-to-end

Core Banking implementation & migration projects (on-site)

• Manage infrastructure design, setup, performance tuning & DR activities
• L3 production support across DC and DR
• Drive automation initiatives using Shell, Python & Jenkins
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and manage cross-functional delivery teams

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: requirement gathering environment setup deployment go-live
• Ensure high-availability, database optimization & 24/7 support readiness
• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual tasks and optimize operations
• Maintain SLA compliance and drive incident management & RCA
• Work with clients for workshops, demos, and deployment planning

Required Skills

• 2-10 years of experience in

Core Banking implementation/support.

• Strong hands-on experience in

Windows, UNIX/Linux, MSSQL, Oracle 12c/19c, MangoDB, IIS, Jenkins.

• Expertise in

Task Mining Infrastructure setup (added advantage).

• Solid understanding of EOD batch jobs, DR & ITIL processes, and release management.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
