About this role
Production SupportEngineer- 7 to 12 yrs -Bangalore
About the team:
The L2 Production Support team is responsible for providing application support, incident management, problem resolution, and operational stability for critical client-facing AWS Applications. The team works closely with clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure high availability, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
What you will be doing
- Provide L2/L3 application support for production environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and client teams during incident resolution.
- Support releases, deployments, maintenance activities, and on-call rotations.Maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
What you bring:
- Experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Incident Management.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support critical client applications.
