Production Support Engineer

Job Summary

Strong hands-on experience with FIS Quantum Treasury Management System and Echos Treasury Management System. Provide application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise treasury management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cash Xplorer to support treasury operations and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot Cash Xplorer configuration, integration, and application-related issues.
• Analyze treasury application and database issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.

Skills / Competencies

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills in treasury application support.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Strong understanding of Oracle database concepts and database operations supporting treasury applications.
• Proficiency in SQL Server database concepts and SQL query writing, authoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with FIS support tools, including FIS ticketing systems, incident tracking, and support processes.
• Working knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and their application within financial/treasury technology environments.
