Production Supervisor

Role Description The Production Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. The Production Supervisor will monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include supervising production output, efficient utilisation of man power, resolving operational issues and enforcing safety and compliance protocols. The role also requires maintaining production records and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading and motivating production teams.
• Candidates should be skilled in managing Production Planning to meet output and delivery timelines.
• Candidates should demonstrate effective Production Management capabilities by efficient utilisation of man power by implemention workflow optimization.
• Candidates should have excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members, management, and other departments.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in polymers, plastics, or packaging production.
• Knowledge of quality control standards, safety regulations, and lean or continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
