We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee shift-level production operations, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met on the manufacturing floor.
- Supervise production line teams and daily output.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor production schedules and escalate delays.
- Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams to resolve floor issues.
- Train and mentor production staff.
- Maintain shift production and quality records.
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Science preferred).
- 2 years of relevant production supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing floor operations.
- Good leadership and coordination skills.
