Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily shop floor operations, supervise fabrication and manufacturing activities, handle manpower, and ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, including fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly.
• Plan and allocate work to operators, welders, fitters, and other shop floor workers.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedules.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor production quality, material utilization, and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments.
• Ensure proper machine utilization and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain daily production reports and monitor work progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S practices.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in an engineering, heavy fabrication, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of pressure vessel, fabrication and production processes.
• Experience in handling shop floor workers and daily production activities.
• Ability to understand mechanical drawings and production requirements.
• Good problem-solving, coordination, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
