About this role
Job Description (Deliveries/ Role of the position)
1. Coordinate with PPC and Plan daily production Schedule
2. Set production line for Change of Products
3. Take first of approval and procced
4. Unsure Quality in Production
5. Manpower management
6. Complete production as per schedule
7. Coordinate with Maintenance department and Maintain all machines without breakdown
8. Maintain Employee Discipline No idling of workmen, Adherence of PPE by all workmen, No unsafe operation
9. Lane Discipline and good house keeping. No spillage/ cleaning of coolant /burr and lubricants
10. Cycle time reduction
11. Process improvements and cost control.
12. Supporting New Product development activities initiated by NPD department
Job Specification
1. Academic Qualification:
BE (Mechanical) / DME
2. Field of experience:
5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing of light Engineering products,
Should be good in 5S. Desirable TPM implementation experience
