Production Supervisor

1. Responsible for achieving KPIs like : • Safety – Monitoring cri cally safety indices. • Quality - Zero Customer complaints, Pro-Ac ve ac ons • Produc on - JPH & OEE Achievements, Schedule Adherence • Cost –Control on Consumables, rejec on & rework. • Morale –Workforce management, mo va on, improvements with CFT approach. 2. Ensure all resources like Man, Material, Machine availability as per plan and follow up with respec ve sec on/Dept. 3. Conduc ng daily shi start up mee ng with line employees to discuss Safety, QA, Produc vity performance with line leaders and team members. 4. Conduc ng daily produc on mee ng with all service departments and produc on manager to update last days Safety, In process Quality, Downme, OEE, JPH performance and ac on plan review for improvement. 5. Ini a ng ac ons and follow up for downme reduc on and OEE improvement. 6. Responsible for consumable control, non std. manpower reduc on, over me reduc on and other cost saving ini a ves. 7. Prepara on of Mul Skill Matrix for operators & Rota on Trainings plane. 8. Ensuring daily checks for all zones like: • Shi startup check sheet/ Safety checks, • Line LPA by line leaders. • Parameter recording • Daily 5-S check sheet, • Hourly produc on boards, • Down me logs/ Break down slip, 9. Insuring product quality as per measurement standard, if any devia on found then conduc ng root cause analysis and taking necessary correc ve ac ons. 10. Ensuring all processes run and new operator training using OJT methodology. 11. Customer concerns, QRE feedback & PDI issues resolu on: • Daily shop floor mee ng • 8D resolu on • QCC, PST, YB, GB projects 12. Control of Non-Conforming product: • Quaran ne Control • Rework method • Rework verifica on 13. Ensuring 100% PPE adherence of safety procedures on line and Lead by example by wearing PPE at all mes. 14. Ensuring implementa on & strong adherence to 5-S. 15. Accident inves ga on, repor ng & follow through of correc ve ac on items for near miss & safety incidents. 16.
