Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing to oversee daily production activities, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage manpower and resources efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: DME or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of production planning, shop-floor supervision, and quality control.
• Ability to manage workers, monitor production schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
