Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. The role involves leading production teams, monitoring workflow, and maintaining adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet targets for volume, quality, and timelines.
- Manage and guide production staff, providing training and motivation to achieve efficient performance.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards and prevent defects.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies on the production floor.
- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials.
- Supervise daily bakery production activities, ensuring targets for quantity, quality, and deadlines are met.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in production supervision within the FMCG (bakery) industry.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
