Role: Production Supervisor – Machine Shop

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor with experience in machine shop operations and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day machine shop production activities
  • Handle CNC, VMC and SPM machines
  • Monitor production schedules, productivity and machine utilization
  • Ensure quality, dimensional accuracy and adherence to drawings
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Planning departments
  • Manage operators and ensure optimum manpower utilization
  • Monitor tooling, consumables and machine availability
  • Ensure adherence to safety, 5S and shop-floor discipline
  • Maintain production reports and relevant records

Candidate Profile:

2–5 years of relevant Machine Shop / Manufacturing experience
Hands-on exposure to CNC, VMC & SPM machines
Good understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes
Strong shop-floor coordination and team-handling skills
Experience in engineering / manufacturing industry preferred
