Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Achieve production targets while controlling scrap, defects, and rejections.
• Manage and guide a team of operators and technicians during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to meet production goals.
• Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, and shop-floor discipline.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain production records in SAP/MS Office.
• Resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
