Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production activities as per the production schedule.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production processes.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Identify production issues and support corrective actions.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, rejection, and downtime.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain production records, reports, and daily MIS.
• Follow 5S, safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid production delays.
• Train and guide production operators and workers on process requirements.
• Ensure smooth production flow and minimize wastage and downtime.
