Production Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and control daily production activities to meet quality standards.
• Ensure efficient manpower handling, including training new employees.
• Implement shop floor control measures to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Monitor rejection rates and implement corrective actions to improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets within budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in a similar role (Production Supervisor).
• Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant field (e.g., Computers).
• Strong understanding of Production Supervising principles, Manpower Handling techniques, Daily Production Planning methods, Shop Floor Control strategies, and Rejection Control practices.
