Production Supervisor

• Plan, direct or coordinate the work activity and resources necessary for manufacturing.

• Responsible to maintain GDP & GMP on the production shopfloor.

• Responsible to improve the productivity and OEE of machines.

• Develop or implement production tracking, enlisting production, quality control,

Maintenance of other operational report to detect production problem.

• Create, Manage and review production order to make decision concerning inventory

Requirement, work procedure, or duty assignment.

• Conduct side audits to insure adherence to safety and environmental regulation.

• Responsible to identify and resolve operational bottelnecks.

• Maintain regulatory or compliance documentation.

• Supervise, Train and mentor subordinate employs.

• Develop and maintain procedure normal operation of manufacturing system.

Make sure factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency.

• Coordinate for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement

Of machines. Review operation and conform with technical or administrative staff to resolve Production or processing problems.
