PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Responsible for independent shift handling and production management, including:
- Shift, production & manpower planning/control
- Shop-floor supervision and work allocation
- Production documentation, reports & records
- Stock & inventory monitoring
- 5S implementation and housekeeping
- Manpower arrangement as per production needs
- Training, supervision & team discipline
- Coordination with other departments
- Handling shift issues and ensuring smooth operations
- Continuous self-development and ability to independently manage the shift
Required: Manufacturing/Production experience with good leadership, manpower handling and documentation skills.
