Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan daily production activities to meet customer orders and company goals.
• Oversee furniture design, development, and packaging processes.
• Ensure quality checks on all products before dispatch.
• Manage manpower handling, including scheduling and training employees.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (production supervision).
• B.Tech degree in Computers or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong skills in daily production planning, furniture design, furniture packing, manpower handling, production supervising, productivity improvement initiatives.
