Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
• Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets .
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production requirements.
• Monitor production processes and minimize downtime.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower.
• Ensure production activities are carried out as per quality standards and work instructions.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve quality issues.
• Identify and reduce rejection, rework, and process defects.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and company policies.
