Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities according to daily schedules and prioritize tasks based on product mix, machine capacity, and manpower availability.
  
• Ensure smooth operation of machines by monitoring their performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets, resolve problems, and improve overall efficiency.
  
• Implement kaizen initiatives to reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance quality standards.
  
• Monitor rejection rates and take corrective action to minimize defects.
