Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Sound knowledge on GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW and SAW and capability to implement appropriately according to welding projects.
• Expertise in managing quality related activity & planning in-process inspection and coordination.
• Extensive knowledge in documentation as well as maintenance relevant reference standards of welding inspection (WPS, PQR, WPQ, WQTC)
• Perfect knowledge over all Non-destructive testing formats to attain all kind of customer requirements.
• Strong relationship management and communication skill with an ability to identify and network with clients/contractor/third party inspector/consultants/vendors.
• Strong knowledge on 5S, Six Sigma, 7QC & 8D Analysis.

Qualifications

• Academic background in [B.E Mechanical/ Equivalent]
• Previous experience in or with [6 to 7 Years of Experience]
• Skills [Should have IWE certificate, Control of welding process, Handle complete dept certifications]
• Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands: [ Research and processing the new development jobs for robotic Welding ].
