Production Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Supervise a team of operators, providing guidance on quality control, safety protocols, and productivity improvements.
• Develop and implement process improvements through kaizen events, SMED implementation, and line balancing techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, procurement) to ensure smooth operation of the production line.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related field.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, manpower planning, OEE optimization, shift planning, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in implementing 5S systems for maintaining cleanliness and organization on the shop floor.
