Production Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with other departments (e.g., maintenance, planning).
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of inventory reporting, plant operations, production planning, production supervising, and maintenance operations.
  
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
