Job Description:

• Supervise daily garment production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor line performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and production schedules.
• Assist in manpower allocation and workflow management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma/Degree in Textile, Apparel, Fashion Technology, or any relevant discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in garment manufacturing/production.
• Freshers with relevant educational background may also be considered.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of garment production processes and quality requirements.
