Production Supervisor

• Independently manage and oversee shift production across multiple shifts.
• Operate and supervise VMC, HMC, and special-purpose machines.
• Perform CNC programming and conduct part prove-outs.
• Lead and manage unionized, non-unionized workforce, and trainees while maintaining discipline.
• Ensure achievement of production targets, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency during shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
