Qualification

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA or any relevant discipline.
• 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• 0–2 years of experience in plant administration, billing, documentation, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of bills, invoices, and documentation.
• Odoo/ERP experience will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Experience in Odoo/ERP software.
• Bill checking and documentation skills.
• Report preparation and record maintenance.
• Good data-entry and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Production, Accounts, and other departments.
• Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
• Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working in a plant environment.
