Production Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Manage injection molding processes, including setting up equipment, monitoring production runs, and troubleshooting issues.
• Supervise a team of operators to achieve productivity goals and maintain high levels of safety and quality control.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, logistics) to resolve operational issues and optimize overall plant performance.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years' experience in plastics manufacturing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding techniques and materials science.
• Proven track record in managing shifts effectively with minimal downtime or errors.
