Production Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer requirements.
• Supervise a team of workers on the shop floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.
• Develop and implement effective shift plans to optimize production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in textile or apparel manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of daily production planning, manpower handling, and shift planning principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
