Production Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer demands and company goals.
• Supervise a team of workers on the assembly line, ensuring efficient seating of foam components.
• Monitor product quality control processes to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and materials as needed to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in textile & apparel industry with expertise in dyeing, finishing, or printing processes.
• Strong understanding of assembly line management principles and practices.
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
• Proficiency in daily production planning, including scheduling and coordination.
