Production Supervisor(wiring harness)

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of wiring harness assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage time effectively.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process.
• Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
• Monitoring production progress, addressing any issues, and ensuring targets are met. Preferred candidate profile
